Staff are brilliant, and the process is so easy and well defined. As soon as I got to the service centre, I was met by polite and friendly staff who explained the whole process. I was kept up to date on progress throughout the day and they were extremely helpful in insuring I got my car back the same day. Highly recommended

I was greeted by your assistant Sarah hearse when booking in my car, she was very polite and helpful, and knowledgeable regarding the products, when I got the phone call to collect my car, I was greeted by her again, my car was cleaned and hoovered before I drive away, 10/10 for an excellent service

Really enjoyed my first visit to JLR Service Centre Guildford today. The customer lounge was a great place for me to work from my laptop with free coffees and biscuits. Very competitive service price for my XF, which I was delighted about. I was looked after by Amina, who was really friendly and delivered a great customer experience. Thank you Amina! Looking forward to coming back for my service next year 😊
