Highly recommend Inchcape Land Rover. I've been using them for a few years now and the staff are always so welcoming, helpful and professional particularly Zara.

After arriving at Inchcape's sales centre in Guildford instead of their separate service centre for my 8am appointment I was worried that this was the start of a downhill experience. My worry increased when I was told that although my appointment was for 8am, my Land Rover would only get into the workshop at 11h30 and so would only be available at around 13h30. Since I don't live in Guildford, I was hoping to wait for it. No problem - enter Rob, my service advisor. After about 20 minutes he came to inform me that he'd pulled some strings and my car was in the shop being worked on and shouldn't take too long. By 10h30 my car was ready and all sparkly clean after the complimentary wash. There's a spacious waiting area with tables and free coffee and softdrinks so I could work comfortably. Noticeably, there were lots of service and other staff scurrying around so they are clearly geared around providing top level customer experience. I was aso pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price for the service I had booked. Well done Inchcape JLR. I'll definitely be back for future maintenance!

I was contacted by customer services for feedback. I had a few issues that I fed back to customer services. Then nothing.... Clearly they did not expect or want comments!!! Nice showrooms.

I was very happy with the major service work/costs on my Range Rover, and I was particularly impressed by Zara Rojas who provided excellent customer service on all aspects of my visit.

I would like to offer my many thanks and commendate Rob Kipping with the way he has handled my servicing needs at JLR Guildford. Over the past two weeks he has organised a recall on my classic Defender, a service and MOT on my F Type and the fitting of retractable side steps on my new Range Rover. He has been nothing but a delight to deal with, keeping me informed and up to date throughout. He is a total asset to the JLR brand, and I could not recommend him highly enough! For a service only location, it is clean, has good facilities and courteous staff. Servicing a bit hit and miss though...
