For a service only location, it is clean, has good facilities and courteous staff. Servicing a bit hit and miss though...

Poor communication through the day when car was being looked at. I had to keep chasing.

Collection and servicing was excellent but your administration is not perfect. There is only one message ackowledging the order - which assumes one is taking the car to your workshop. The wording is very confusing if the car is being collected. This does not give the professional image which you portray in every other way. I hope this message is helpful.

From arriving at dealership to leaving, the whole experience was great. I was well informed of what was happening and when my car would be ready. A nice calm and professional service, who take pride in there customers.

First experience of this dealership's service centre, as this was my car's first service interval. I received first class service from start to finish, wasn't kept waiting too long and wasn't passed any unexpected hidden charges.

Perfection. My LR was diagnosed and fixed the following morning. I’ve now dealt with Jardine, Harwoods and Stratstone and Inchcape have so far been the best by a country mile. I was especially impressed with Callum the service manager I think, extremely polite, kept me up to date at all times and even replaced the my car fob battery - the little things. I’m not one to complain but I’ve moaned until the cows come home at other dealerships - they either don’t keep you updated, keep the car for two weeks after being told it will take a few days or are just incompetent. Keep it up!
