When I first complained about the length of cable supplied with my new Lexus NX, the dealership staff were reluctant to take me seriously. Matters improved after the general manager got involved, and he was instrumental in getting Lexus UK, who were initially obstructive, to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.

Excellent reception when booking the cars in. Nicole is simply exceptional. Unfortunately it would appear that there is a shortfall of Knowledge amongst technicians in servicing cars aged 20 and 18 years old. Serviced from new by Lexus!!!!

Frankly speaking, I would encourage people that wants to buy cars in the Uk to visit Lexus car for there dream cars. Have no regrets buying my car at Lexus. They are just too open minded on attending to their customers.
