Wonderful experience buying a car at Lexus Nottingham. The car was prepared to the highest standard and was ready to drive away when agreed during initial communication with the dealership. I bought a Lexus ES and left my Honda instead as p/x. I handled the entire purchase process with Jodie, who turned out to be a professional,competent, polite and knowledgeable person about hybrids. Thank you to all at the Lexus Nottingham branch for my recent car service and MOT. The member of staff who I spoke with on the phone, Ellie, was very friendly, professional and helpful throughout; the driver who collected and returned my car was also very friendly and professional, and I was grateful for this collection/delivery service, which helps me out enormously. The vehicle health check video, carried out by Jay, was excellent, and it was so good that I could have the advisory work carried out on the same day - I very much appreciated that, as well as the ease with which to authorise that work. Thank you also to Matthew Sudbury for emailing me with the video and for providing the contact details of the service team should I have needed to get in touch. Overall, a very professional and friendly service - thank you to you all at the Nottingham branch.

We recently brought a car from Lexus Nottingham and was looked after by Jordan. From the first contact he was very professional, knowledgeable and couldn't help us enough. We had a test drive and he came with us because we aren't familiar with the area and was brilliant explaining everything. Pick up day was with Jordan as well and everything went smooth. Jordan went through the handover and made sure we knew the controls and features, and most importantly had time for us. I would recommend Jordan and Lexus Nottingham to anyone; they were first class thank you.
