At lexus Leicester, I felt quite nice every time I walked in to see for a car, i was made very comfortable and impressed with the customer service. I had a wonderful experience with Fitz , amazing guy, absolute good service, quick documentation, quick finance, and hassle free process. Would highly recommend!!

The replacement of our NX was a long process and not without a few bumps in the road along the way. However I am now delighted to report that Inchcape Leicester are now back to their very best with an amazing team in place. I'd like to give a particular mention to Benjamin Gregory who has guided us through the process professionally, respectfully and with an amazing attention to details. From my initial enquiry call, to receiving a personalised video of the car, to amazing service when I visited to purchase the car, Ben was extremely professional and went over and above. I was confident in the purchase as Ben had expert knowledge on the vehicle and assured me through answering my questions / concerns.
