We received an excellent service from the time the car was ordered through to the collection of the vehicle. All of the various managers who handled the stages up to and including collection communicated clearly and comprehensively. The purchase of a hybrid vehicle is new to us and the functional changes were well explained, particularly at handover.

Despite errors in service prices online, it was rectified at the dealer in Guildford. It was excellent service as I had expected, considering the reputation in the car industry.

A very detailed and informative initial discussion with Tim resulting in a test drive of the car I was interested in. The attention to detail and their ethos of ‘putting the customer first’, is truly refreshing. Nothing is too much trouble. On taking delivery of my new car, time was spent making sure all was in order and I feel assured of ongoing excellent service from all at Lexus in Guildford.
