I had to go to Lexus Guildford on numerous occasions to ensure I was happy with the big purchase. Everyone I came in contact with were all very helpful and courteous. The salesman Rui was very helpful answering and explaining new things that relates to the Lexus, this is my first Lexus.

Staff were extremely friendly. Was attended to promptly and I spent time explaining some of the issues that we had encountered. Servicing was done quickly and efficiently and all the issues that I had raised were investigated and checked. A full explanation was given when we picked the car up. Follow up video of the car being serviced was also interesting
