Amazing experience dealing with Lexus Guildford for my NX450h+ purchase. Whole process was smooth. Rui was excellent and best part was that he waited till late evening to do the delivery when I was stuck in traffic for 5 hrs. Very special experience

I bought a car from Lexus Guildford from a distance (150 miles) so didn't visit the dealership personally. They had the right model, colour, trim level and age that I wanted. The salesman Martin was a pleasure to deal with, v helpful, and responded quickly and well to any questions I had. Delivery to my house and collection of my old car were even arranged. It was a very stress-free and satisfying experience (not often the case when buying a car!) and the car was immaculately prepared when I received it. I can thoroughly recommend this dealership.

Lexus Guildford is to be congratulated on the standard of their staff. This is my 3rd Lexus ( first from Guildford) and I came to the showroom not knowing which model was right for me. Danny’s knowledge of the cars was very impressive and his skill in helping me to narrow down what would be the best fit for my current circumstances was superb. All this whist maintaining a very professional, pleasant and patient manner. Luke did my handover and again this was carried out with clarity and patience. Due to my experience my daughter is already planning to come to Lexus Guildford when she is ready to change her car.

A great experience from first contact to taking delivery of my new car. The salesman (Soyaib) was first class, never pushy, always attentive, a difficult balance to achieve. Do ask for him if you are thinking of buying. The handover was a treat (thank you Luke) and very much part of the Lexus experience. I'd really recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Lexus.

I went to get my Lexus serviced last week and came away having purchased a new vehicle. I was given a courtesy car for the time before I could take away my new vehicle. Carl was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, spending time with me understanding what type of vehicle I was looking for, making suggestions and showing me cars that were available. He also dealt with the disposal of my old Lexus so I did not have to worry about that. I am very happy with my new car.

Excellent customer service! The staff were very friendly when I went to see a Lexus lc500 and made me feel welcome. They were totally understanding that I was struggling to decide between two cars. I would highly recommend seeing the staff at Guildford as they are extremely helpful.
