Just thinking of buying a used car, poped into the showroom and was greeted by Rob Turner who was very professional and knowledgeable Will probably go ahead with buying a Lexus RX 450h Presentation of vehicles and used warranty on offer very good.

Danny was very patient. We complicated the. Issue by having a cherished number plate and waiting for the DVLA to do their thing. We also were limited due to hospital appointments as to when we could collect the car. With all this going on Danny was not phased at all. Excellent service.

Excellent personal Service from Gemma when my car came in for a service and MOT. But shocked to discover my car is not the Takumi model we had paid for and was advertised as, but a Premium! Now trying to sort this as it is a lot of money we’ve paid for a basic model. This seems to be a long slog and is causing me a huge concern it will be pushed under the carpet. We paid £47k 6 months ago and it’s now valued at £30!

March 2024 My sales contact Soyaib, like my previous contact listened to my communication style and kept me in the loop of where my LBX order was in a friendly, calm, but with an air of excitement . My hand over was really good and informative too. So far loving my little big LBX having traded in my UX which I also thought was fab! Thank you Soyaib for making this all happen so smoothly :) July 2021 I dealt with Paul Stone and from the first call to hand over, I couldn't have wished for a better service. Imagine the shopping scene in pretty woman, that's how I felt with BMW (told me I wasn't for them!), Jaguar (didn't call me back), Audi (didn't call me and when I chased were dismissal), KIA (go look on the internet), VW (only deal with people who are serious) - I WAS SERIOUS, I had looked at the internet and knew when I saw and sat in the right car I'd know having very variable needs - the UX is a total combination of all my needs - perfect match! THANK YOU PAUL for accepting my honesty and buying method and I'm delighted being back with Lexus.

Exceptional service! From the moment I arrived,the staff were courteous and professional. Mr Mark Ralley communicated clearly about the work needed. The quality of work was top-notch and they completed the service promptly, keeping to the promised timeline. Overall, I'm througly satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing car service.

Very friendly throughout, Gemma, the service manager kept me updated, advised on the additional software update as well as following up on my National Service plan to ensure my MOT and interim service has been arranged.
