Owen has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish from initial phone call to the handover. Very professional and knowledgable about Lexus and even did a personal video tour of the car so I could share with the family which was a great service and very helpful. Highly recommend dealing with Owen and the team at Lexus Derby.

We had a fabulous experience with Owen, he’s really nice, helpful and friendly but not too pushy like many sales people. Put us at ease and answered all our questions and queries, we didn’t feel under any pressure . Very knowledgeable about the cars . Would definitely recommend him
