Very polite young man. Would have liked a price drop, but there we go!!! Sorted the car swiftly, and even bought flowers and chocolates after a joking request!!! Would recommend.

Update -12 months from my first visit in April 2023. I returned for the MOT and Service and was equally impressed and very happy with all aspects of the service. From walking in and being warmly greeted by the friendly lady on the front desk through to the team member overseeing the car check in and check out. There is a reason this dealership is consistently rated 5 star by customers, the staff are personable, efficient, professional and respectful. The car service and MOT is spot on, pricing is competitive and I would not consider going anywhere else. What really impressed me today and I was pleased about was that my car check in was with the same team member and same front desk staff I saw last year. I really like consistency, when staff are looked after and valued by employers (which I hope they are here) then there is less staff turnover. A happy team = a happy customer. Well done Derby Lexus you are leaving the competition way behind and setting a benchmark for what others should be striving for :-) First impression and visit - efficient, professional and courteous staff team. Booking was for the interim service and MOT on my NX300. I opted for the pre visit online check in and was also able to wait whilst these were completed. I was provided a private and comfortable space within which to work, very useful as I had a couple of online meetings to attend. I completed my car check out online and was notified promptly when my car was ready. I may need an air conditioning refresh as per the guidance however this can be booked at another time. A really positive and efficient experience and I was left to work without interruption. Well done to the staff I interacted with, happy to return because of your great customer service. 😊

Since February, I have visited Lexus Derby several times. Mr William Harradine did the best to help me find the most suitable one. He is knowledgeable and very patient to explain the features that I don't know. I think I got the right brand and it's hard to go back to anything else.

A Long Wait For the Vehicle We Wanted!! They do say “Good things come to those who wait” and boy did this prove to be the case in our dealings with Lexus Derby. From the first day of walking into the Showroom it was an absolute delight. Owen was everything you expect when you’re making such an important purchase. Throughout the process Owen managed to maintain a perfect balance between an extremely knowledgeable, professional approach and friendly attitude and we found the same from all the staff we dealt with. Things were a bit complicated with 2 Part Exchanges and the retention of a personal registration but Owen guided us through the process perfectly. He constantly updated us with the progress of the new car and always returned our calls if he was not available. The end result is we are absolutely thrilled with our new car and would recommend Lexus Derby to anybody else.
