Stacey was really friendly and took us on a test drive and allowed both myself and my wife to drive the car. She didn’t rush us and spent the time to run through the basics of the car. When I had some doubts about going full electric v hybrid, she brought a colleague to explain the difference, range etc.. to allay my fears

I found that Lexus Derby exceed my expectations of a main dealer. The young girl (Jo) on service reception was extremely knowledgeable and polite. All servicing work was carried out to my satisfaction and the loan car exceeded my expectations.

I collect my bland new 74 plate LBX today and can honestly say it is amazing. The service we received from all the staff was excellent, ordered the car from Roger Baldwin who kept us informed throughout the sales process right upto hand over. Thanks Stacey for showing us all the technology and setting up my phone much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Lexus Derby.

Fantastic Service from start to Finnish cannot thank Will and Ian for all there help in the purchase of our Lexus NX , it was a very comfortable sales process relaxed no pressure no hard sell listened to my needs.In fact everyone I’ve come into contact with at the dealership are friendly and polite took the time to chat and pass the time of day . I would also like to mention the new member of the team Ben who took the time to explain about the Sat Nav even though he was not involved in the sale and Nick the General Manager took the time out of his busy day to come and have a chat. The Derby dealership is a credit to the Lexus brand and I would like to say a big thank you.
