My decision to purchase a Lexus car (the first I’ve had) has been a totally positive experience. From the moment I walked into the dealership, everyone was helpful, and especially the salesperson, Owen, who has been incredibly helpful throughout. I do ask a lot of questions and he answered everything with patience, knowledge and good humour. He made me feel totally at ease. As the face of Lexus, Owen was exemplary. No hard sell at all and my car is everything I wanted - all boxes absolutely ticked.

A Long Wait For the Vehicle We Wanted!! They do say “Good things come to those who wait” and boy did this prove to be the case in our dealings with Lexus Derby. From the first day of walking into the Showroom it was an absolute delight. Owen was everything you expect when you’re making such an important purchase. Throughout the process Owen managed to maintain a perfect balance between an extremely knowledgeable, professional approach and friendly attitude and we found the same from all the staff we dealt with. Things were a bit complicated with 2 Part Exchanges and the retention of a personal registration but Owen guided us through the process perfectly. He constantly updated us with the progress of the new car and always returned our calls if he was not available. The end result is we are absolutely thrilled with our new car and would recommend Lexus Derby to anybody else.

Got my first car here and it was a seamless and efficient process. I was assisted by Owen who was extremely helpful in answering my inquiries and facilitating the test drive. I also received a personalized video made by Ben who gave me a good insight on the model I had in mind prior to seeing the car in person.

Roger was fantastic when i ordered my new lexus UX 300e. He very quickly answered any of my queries by email while waiting for the car to be delivered and has been great after i collected my new car. I can’t praise him enough.

Last visit was to pick up our new car, by appointment. Always a lovely greeting and offer of drink/biscuit. Detailed explanation of new controls (and offer to return/ring if any questions arise). Overall a swift handover.
