The annual holiday entitlement for Inchcape colleagues exceeds all the statutory limits. In recognition of continuous and long service, we reward our colleagues by increasing their holiday entitlement.

If you have had a problem applying for an opportunity or are querying the progress of your application, please email careers@inchcape.co.uk stating your job title and location.

Our senior roles are reviewed by our HR Business Partners. You will be notified within one month of application to advise whether you have been successful, at which point your application will be progressed onto the next stage. Some of our senior roles will require your attendance at an assessment centre, one-to-one interviews and possibly psychometric testing. From initial application, there is a five-stage process to appointment of our senior roles.

You will receive an email from us when you apply. Our Resourcing Team will then contact you within two weeks to advise if your application has been progressed to the next stage. Please review our Application Process.

We don’t have an application limit, but would suggest you apply for the role that best matches your skills and experience. Our Resourcing Team will consider you for other roles that they believe would suit you too.

The Resourcing Team will inform you about next steps and liaise with the relevant Manager about your interview. Please note, this will be after the last interview for the role has taken place and could be a week from your interview.

Our colleagues are the Brand Ambassadors so we would suggest smart business attire for an interview.

We recommend that you create an account and set up a ‘Search Alert’. This way, you will be notified when a role that matches your skillset becomes available.

Our system doesn’t allow applicants to apply for the same role, in the same location within a six month period. If you have been unsuccessful at any stage, we ask that you take the feedback on board and leave it six months or so to build on your experience. At this point, we would welcome another application from you.
