I hardly write reviews but feel that credit where credit is due. I had my Freelander 2 serviced here together with some other bits that my car needed doing. They even went out of their way and sourced some special bolts needed to complete my side steps I had recently put on. Found it easy to book and all the staff that I came across were great.

I visited here in July to enquire about purchasing a new Range Rover Evoque. Sam in sales was first class, nothing was too much trouble and there was certainly no pushy ‘sign here’ practiced. Not only that but Inchape offered me by far the best deal on the car and we had a loan of a similar vehicle to test and use. I would highly recommend visiting the Kings Lynn branch, felt warmly welcomed throughout and there was a clear customer focus. The larger dealerships offered none of this nor did they offer such good deals. I have no hesitation in recommending Kings Lynn Inchape.

After purchasing two vehicles through Range Rover Inchape Norwich and receiving 5 star service my expectation of Range Rover Kings Lynn was to receive the same or similar I am disappointed to say that this did not happen. Dealing with Sebastian was an absolute pleasure, he was informative and did everything he promised and due to Covid19 he got furloughed and I ended up dealing with different people in the branch. I believe that if I had dealt with Sebastian throughout the whole process this would definitely be a five star review instead of a three but also feel that if Sebastian didn't deal with me at all this would be a 1 or 2 star review. After Sebastian had been furloughed I had to wait three months to collect the car which was absolutely fine as I was un-able to collect due to lockdown, when arranging collection I asked if a set of private number plates could be provided to me and luxury rubber mats which was agreed but unfortunately when arriving at Range Rover to collect the car neither of these has been done. Whilst I was disappointed this wasn't done I was then promised the number plate would be made and posted to me six weeks on and I still haven't received the plates I honestly I don't expect to receive them now. On the day of collection I was also promised a call within a few days to make sure everything is ok with the vehicle which again hasn't happened. In conclusion I wasn't impressed with the service after Sebastian and would recommend that the manager of the branch either goes to Norwich and sees how it is done properly or has Sebastian run a customer service course with his other colleagues to show how he does things. Lastly I will say that the car has been fantastic and was absolutely immaculate.

Visited Inchcape Kings Lynn when our discovery developed a fault and we called Landrover Assist And was directed to Inchcape Kings Lyn. Richard in the service team was first class and via Landrover supplied us with a replacement towing g vehicle within a half an hour of arrival. As we were on holiday from Co Durham with our caravan, this speedy efficient service allowed to us to carry with our holiday. I cannot thank Richard enough for his efficiency and would not hesitate to recommend this company in the future. Many thanks SHIRLEY and Reg.

Had my vehicle 2 years & wouldn’t want to be in any other brand. The staff at Inchcape King’s Lynn are super duper!!
