The staff, particularly Mike Edwards could not do more to look after me and being disabled, this is very appreciated but my discovery 5 is now 5 years old and it has been in the garage for 18 months of its life being repaired because of continuing problems. Its had a new engine, electrical faults, suspension pump, water pump, windscreen leaks several times, for the last few times the car has been in for the same recurring fault and there is never a loan car available and I’ve had to get taxis to get me to hospital appointments , i have loved the car and its one of the best cars I’ve ever had but the never ending faults have been a nightmare and now they dont ever seem to be concerned. Its been in recently 3 times for the same fault ans I’ve also been told to get the AA out to identify a fault which I’ve done but the fault still took several weeks to get it repaired whilst again without a vehicle and whe i finally collected it, it failed again with the same fault on the way home.

I've been a member of the motor trade for over 50yrs, so i suppose i can speak with some sort of authority. Dealerships are meant to offer a display of the manufacturers products and services. As you approach the premises the display of vehicles and standard of the building stand out, but as you walk into the reception all that professionalism can fall flat without the right experienced capable staff to greet and deal with your requirements in a respectfull and efficient manner. Well done!

My wife and I would like to thank Marco for his excellent attention to detail in finding the model of our choice and the best financial deal for us. Following a bad experience at an independent dealership we decided to go to Inchcape Chester to have a browse We were greeted by Daniel Vincent who sat us down with a hot drink and just got to know us and what we were looking for, after a quick search on the computer we liked the look of two vehicles in stock. We were taken around each car (Jaguar F Pace) shown the differences in specification and offered a test drive. We instantly fell in love with the car and now the only thing we were worried about was the price per month… Daniel gave us our PX figure which we were happy about and the car came in a lot better than we thought! We ironed out a few details regarding pick up date and time, and today we finally collected! We honestly couldn’t be happier and will 100% be returning to this dealership to see Daniel. We were also introduced to the Sales Manager and Business Manager and again they couldn’t be more helpful. Daniel is a credit to the company and we couldn’t stop talking about the customer service the whole drive home Well done Inchcape!
