This was the first time that I had been to Cooper BMW. I found that the service reception was not clearly marked and found a queue which I joined. Receptionist was polite and friendly. The waiting area was stocked with old and rather tatty magazines and used cups had not been cleared away. It didn't give the right impression. The complimentry car cleaning was rather supficial (mats not cleaned, patches of body work missed). The explanation of the service and checks was excellent.

It was My first experience with bmw and it was also Sandro’s first week with bmw. The service I received from him and Simon was amazing. Most genuine sales people I’ve dealt with and they did everything to fit my perfect car into the budget I needed. I can’t thank them both enough for the great service the provided me. And I’m very glad I went to bmw for my perfect car.
