Sarah and the spares department at Ipswich are brilliant. They exactly what I wanted even though the part number had changed. Great customer experience. I have changed this review because the bad review was for Colchester and not Ipswich. Ipswich service was excellent

Got a BMW 1 Series from here, so far it has been a great experience, Meghan from the sales team was very helpful and patient with us, we viewed a few second hand cars and test driven one before deciding we liked it that much we ordered it new, the car came and we did an unveiling which was awesome, even though we have a car with a tow bar already we struggled to find the 13-pin electrics, so we were shown where they were by the staff at Inchcape. Usually I don't trust sales people but Meghan is different, she's honest, just answers our questions, didn't mess us around and listened to what we said and helped us with our myriad of questions, we'll definitely be back to buy another car when I upgrade my 4x4 to a BMW. The coffee machine is great too, it makes really nice coffee.

I love this dealership. The people are great and unlike other dealerships, they remember me and my name. Little things matter! Leeann (hopefully spelt right) in service is great and after coming in for a routine visit ended up with a new car. Richard in sales was spot on and made the transition over to my new car happen seamlessly. Never going to go anywhere else, promise.
