I have been using Inchcape Chelmsford for many years now and the service gets better and better. I have never been to a dealership where I have been made to feel more welcome. Throughout the years, I have had various repairs completed on both vehicles (some of which has been major work) and the team have always gone above and beyond to see the job through. Some people may think that it is part of their job, but the regular progress updates, parts updates and finance options provided by them, keep you reassured throughout. Nothing is too much for them either. I have dropped in on occasions due to a sudden fault light or low fluid level and my vehicle has always been attended to straightaway and I have always left happy. Although visits can sometimes be expensive, and the level of repair required are occasionally high, the team ensure that your car is always looked after to a high standard. The level of customer service received, and the interaction had with all team members, is always exceptional. They cannot be faulted with their approach in giving a superb customer experience. Thank you Livvy, Tash, Phil and the rest of the team for what you do. I won’t take my cars anywhere else. Keep doing what you are doing. 5 stars aren’t enough.

Excellent service by Andrew Knighton - sales. We purchased an approved used BMW active tourer 225xe. Unfortunately some issues surfaced after taking delivery of the car. Andrew tried his best to resolve all issues promptly. Whilst the car drove fine there were some issues we weren't completely happy with. As no alternative 225 xe at the time , Andrew arranged a full refund. We would definitely buy again from Inchcape Chelmsford - thank you Andrew.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Inchcape Chelmsford BMW for a routine service, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. The level of service provided by Shane Smith, the service advisor, was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, Shane’s professionalism and attentiveness were evident. He greeted me warmly, took the time to understand my service requirements, and provided clear explanations of the entire process. His extensive knowledge of BMW vehicles and their maintenance needs was impressive and gave me great confidence in the service I was about to receive. Throughout the service, Shane kept me informed of the progress and any additional recommendations that arose. He was patient, answering all my questions and ensuring that I understood the rationale behind each suggestion. This level of transparency and genuine care for my vehicle’s well-being was truly refreshing. Very poor Customer satisfaction. Given my X5 (4 year old) car for servicing and they charged huge price and quoted that the Job required 4 hours of labour. This was agreed at 4pm on an evening and they service representative said that the car will be delivered next day 9 am. How on earth this is possible to spend a labour of 4 hours between 4 pm and 9 am. Also they mentioned that all the warnings on the dashboard will be cleared once after this and still there is another warning comes up. For clarifying this I called the service rep and they say that this is another problem and not being addressed. This was their Service manager who was very rude in speaking to the customer. As part of this service the car was supposed to be hoovered and cleaned outside. By looking at the car anyone would agree that they did not even hoover car and the cleaning was done so badly. Explanation from the service manager is that we are not a valet company and we do deal with lots of cars and this is the maximum we can do. What a fabulous customer service it is. I will never go back to Inchcape servicing again in future.

I had a wonderful experience at the car showroom! Originally went to look at an X5 but was also shown the NEW X3 based on my wants, needs and budget. The staff was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. They made the car buying process seamless and personalised. Special thanks to CRAIG LANE for going above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car for me. I am also grateful for his Managers Simon King and Glen Berry, who took the time to come see me and assist with my purchase. Shows how truly valued i feel as a Customer.
