Our BMW iX had a number of system failures after BMW sent a remote software update from BMW. Despite not having a booking Inchcape Chelmsford told me to bring it in the next morning and they were able to work on the car and I have it back to enjoy for the weekend. Many thanks to Livy and her colleagues in the workshop for sorting the problem so quickly and efficiently.

I have been using Inchcape Chelmsford for many years now and the service gets better and better. I have never been to a dealership where I have been made to feel more welcome. Throughout the years, I have had various repairs completed on both vehicles (some of which has been major work) and the team have always gone above and beyond to see the job through. Some people may think that it is part of their job, but the regular progress updates, parts updates and finance options provided by them, keep you reassured throughout. Nothing is too much for them either. I have dropped in on occasions due to a sudden fault light or low fluid level and my vehicle has always been attended to straightaway and I have always left happy. Although visits can sometimes be expensive, and the level of repair required are occasionally high, the team ensure that your car is always looked after to a high standard. The level of customer service received, and the interaction had with all team members, is always exceptional. They cannot be faulted with their approach in giving a superb customer experience. Thank you Livvy, Tash, Phil and the rest of the team for what you do. I won’t take my cars anywhere else. Keep doing what you are doing. 5 stars aren’t enough.
