The smart's main styling accents are the LED lights front and rear with signature light bars. The Cyber Sparks LED Headlamps incorporate highbeam assist to make driving at night easier. 

The flush door handles pop out when you walk up to the car or unlock it and are illuminated to make them easy to find at night. 

Final touches such as the 19" Rotar alloys give the smart #1 a desirable and stylish appearance.

The all-new smart #1 interior is focused on providing a modern, premium feel packed with features. 

The stylish floating centre console features a contemporary metallic trim with a large 12.8" central touchscreen controlling most of the car's functions such as the climate control and media settings. To make life easier, the smart #1 can recognize voice commands. Completing the modern look is the 64 colour ambient lighting which you can fully adjust and has pre-configured modes.

Behind the flat-bottomed steering wheel is a 10" digital instrument cluster which can be customised to show the information you want to see. The same driving information is also projected onto the windscreen via the head up display to allow the driver to keep their eyes on the road. 

Other touches include the Halo Roof which allows light to flood the cabin, the frameless doors and the moveable rear seats which slide forwards to provide extra luggage space.

The smart #1 will have some of the latest electric motor and battery technology. 

It is likely that the model will have a 66kWh battery which will provide over 270 miles of range from a single charge. Plus with a 150kW DC rapid charger, you'll be able to recharge the car from 10-80% in around 30 minutes or three hours if using a 22kW AC charger.

The smart #1 will have a single electric motor driving the rear wheels which produces 272hp and 343Nm of torque for a responsive driving experience.
