The smart fortwo features a 60kW electric motor and a 17.2kWh battery which provides up to 81 miles of electric range. Charging can be completed in up to 40 minutes using a fast charger. With instant torque of 160Nm and its light weight of 1,095kg the EQ fortwo has a darty driving character, ideal for city driving. 0-62mph takes 11.6 seconds.
Inside the smart fortwo features technology normally found in larger cars such as a central touchscreen with smartphone integration, leather, ambient lighting and a panoramic roof. The fortwo has the benefits of a premium car, electric car and city car combined.
