The Mercedes-AMG SL is available with a choice of engines: 

• The SL 43 with a 2.0l 4 cylinder engine with a total output of 395hp which allows the SL 43 to accelerate from 0-62mph in just 4.9s and on to a top speed of 171mph.
• The SL 55 with all wheel drive and a 4.0l V8 engine with a total output of 476hp which allows the SL 55 to accelerate from 0-62mph in 3.9s and on to a top speed of 183mph. 
• The most powerful version is the SL 63 which also features a 4.0l V8 engine and all wheel drive with more power. The SL 63 has 585hp which sees the model accelerate from 0-62mph in 3.6 seconds and on to a top speed of 196mph.
