The GLE 350de is a diesel plug-in-hybrid which combines the practicality and range of a diesel powered car with the efficiency of an electric car. The GLE 53 offers an entry point into the world of AMG yet is not short of AMG performance. From the outside, the heavily contoured power dome design on the bonnet hints at the immense power delivery. In addition to other AMG touches such as the AMG radiator grille, rear apron and AMG exhaust system. Inside the GLE 53 features red contrast stitching and seat belts, AMG steering wheel in nappa leather and sports seats.

The ultimate AMG product, the GLE 63 uses a 4.0 litre V8 petrol engine with mild hybrid technology with a combined power output of 634hp. The GLE 63 can accelerate from 0-62mph in 3.8 seconds.
