Called into Inchcape just to look not thinking anyone would be available to help. I was wrong. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady on reception . She was very helpful and knowledgeable then she found a Motability member of staff for us. Jess was amazing. Went the extra mile. She was very patient. Explained things thoroughly. Wasn't condescending. She's perfect for people who aren't very well and perhaps need time to make the right decision for their needs. Needless to say we have our next car lined up. Well done Inchcape!

Marvellous service, and very welcoming . We were never put under any pressure to choose a vehicle from them. When we did they could not have been more helpful. When we went to pick the car up yesterday they treated us like we were their only customers and they made sure we were familiar with all the important features and controls before we drove off. A special thanks to all the team who dealt with us from beginning to end and a very pleasant experience all round
 ( and they brew a delicious cappuccino 😉 ).

The whole experience was excellent, from choosing My Car to the final handover, the Sales Executive was a Gentleman called Connor, who could not do enough and went above and beyond i would say his role in his support, help, communication, a total credit to Inchcape Group 1, as long as we have people like this, i would never lean towards buying on line.

Made to feel welcome as soon as I walked into the store. Offered a Coffee or drink also . When getting everything ready the young sales lad kept me up to date with everything he was doing and required to do. The car was valeted and cleaned before being given to me. Very happy with the service.

Connor was a fantastic salesman. He was knowledgeable and provided us with an excellent service. We now have our dream car and couldn’t fault the service! From start to finish he kept us in the loop without being pushy. He listened to exactly what we wanted and kept to our timescale. I must say that from our first arrival through to collection of car and after, the service was first class! Josh took us through everything we asked, spent time going over our options and cars we were interested in. He did not look bored at anytime (something we have experienced in the past!). Due to his patience, information, friendliness and easy manner we went for the showroom car as we trusted the service and salesman (Josh). We got home and found we could not start the car (our stupidity I must add), however, Josh, Robbie and James were outstanding and happy to drop another car to us within 15 mins (another offer we have not had before!) as we thought our new car needed to be looked at by the mechanics. We held off and managed to work it out but rang in the morning to thank them and call off . Josh and James both rang over the weekend to check on us and that is why I can say without any doubt that we unquestionably made the right decision to purchase a new car from Inchcape Telford. There is no question when we decide to change our car in the future we will be coming back to the same car store without any hesitation. I recently visited Inchcape in Telford as I had seen a couple of cars I was interested in. Josh Humphrey’s from the sales team showed me the cars straight away and gave me time to inspect them. He showed me all relevant paperwork and history, answered all my questions and took me for a test drive. I decided to purchase a car and also decided on having the GuardX ceramic coating to protect the paintwork. On the day I went to pick the car up I was blown away when they revealed the car in the showroom for me. It was a used car and I was not expecting this. I thought it was a lovely gesture and the car looked beautiful. A very happy customer
