My husband and I visited to view and test drive a VW Tiguan allspace. The salesman who assisted us, Alex, was fantastic from start to finish. We are both extremely happy with the service we received and as a result would not hesitate to buy another Volkswagen.

Contacted the dealership about a car advertised on the site. Spoke to Michelle who was very helpful and efficient. She took me though all of the details and offers around the car. Sorted out the paperwork and talked me though the whole process. I am very happy with the whole process and am looking forward to picking up the car. Many thanks I have now picked up the car and as above the staff were very helpful and made it a very pleasant experience. The car was very well presented and everything I was expecting. Overall a very good experience

I only bought this car recently and despite the service team being the only helpful ones, every visit feels like a battle about what is and isn’t covered, why things require replacing after such as short time etc - Brakes, tyres, Air system and more. No valeting and then to add insult to injury - having to pay for a courtesy car and insurance ???? How petty and insulting is that, surely you’re not that desperate for £30 when we are paying so much?? The treatment and process of buying this car has not been the pleasure it should have been !had I known how much the ethos at VW had deteriorated, I would have stuck with BMW to be frank. I feel like a challenge to be milked for every penny, instead of a respected customer.

Ellen Davies was very nice, helpful and efficient. The self check-in email was a nightmare and very irritating. It was purely a sales pitch for extras. It was also confusing as if one is sending ones car for a service it is expected that the workshop knows what needs to be done.

My car broke down unexpectedly and I was taken to the dealership on the back of a AA truck. The Service Manager was extremely helpful and loaned me a car for the duration of the repair, which at that stage was unknown. I was kept informed of progress and my mind was put at ease when the problem was diagnosed. I was given a time for the repair to be completed and the car was ready on time. It was even washed for me. Both the Service Manager, Simon Jackson, and Service Advisor, Amy Swingler looked after me extremely well and I am very grateful. I have signed up for a new Service Plan and I will be coming back. I have also made an appointment for my MOT in February.

Extremely disappointed to be asked to pay for a repair despite being covered by the extended warranty. Why pay for cover like this when a seized arm on a part through corrosion is not covered. It's precisely why I took extended warranty out.

Used the parts department, as we had a problem with the car key. We were greeted by a very friendly chap, who solved the issue in minutes. Along with some great advice. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Good job Inchcape.
