I had been browsing for a specific car model for a couple of months. I found one on auto trader but it was 99 miles away , when I found out there was a more local branch to me I spoke to Ryan at bravo auto in towcester who arranged the transportation of the car and great communication and a smooth sale.

I have to say that car salespeople are one of my pet dislikes . However, I found Peter Horvath ( BravoAuto Warrington ) very refreshing. His manner, his approach, and attitude were first class 👏 He gave me time to look over the car before engaging me in a sale . His manner , so polite, not pushy . It was a real pleasure dealing with him. He kept me updated with all the details that were of use to me. I thank him and hope that he gets recognition from the management. For 30 years, I was a training assessor for the largest hotel group in the world, so I know all about customer service. Well done, Peter.

Absolutely great service from Sandra at BravoAuto Warrington. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure selling (one thing I dislike is pressure selling).
