Just bought a beautiful car from BravoAuto in Towcester. Terri took care of me over the phone, and was very efficient, calling me or emailing as she promised. I was then ‘handed’ over to Jordan who was the perfect car salesman. He was not pushy, very friendly but still professional, and nothing I asked was too much trouble. He even managed to have me drive away in my new car on a Friday after 5pm. With some help from the rest of the team who were all very friendly. They made me feel so comfortable. We purchased a vehicle from here and before collecting we changed our mind and decided on a different car using their 14 day love it or swap it scheme, Bravoauto and Jordan couldn't have been more helpfull.
