I cannot fault the service team. Kevin must be so busy but he always has time to answer questions and help with bits of the car I don’t understand! The service plan has worked really well for me and the online check-in speeds the process up. The work can take longer than stated and would be worth stating longer time so as not to disappoint. That said as long as they know that you need to be gone they will do their best to be on time.
