After being told my monthly payment had not been transferred over to my new car again as it happened with my previous car, when I ordered my new car I mentioned it and again when I picked it up, I was reassured that would be done. I had to pay as a goodwill gesture £190.00 instead of £230.00. I was lucky I didn’t have to pay more as it might of been difficult to pay. All I can say is next time I upgrade my monthly payments must be transferred over to the new car! The service guys were very helpful and polite.

Had an appointment elsewhere to get new tyres fitted but on locating my locking wheel nuts box, I found that the locking key was missing! Called Toyota Sandhurst and they kindly asked me to stop by to see if they could locate a replacement the same day or order a replacement in later that week. Paid the centre a visit and they spent 45 minutes looking for a key that matched as one of their members of staff was convinced they had one spare in the office. Both Brian and Mark managed to locate the perfect match and gave me the key out of good will so that I could make my appointment for later that day and get my very tired tyres replaced! Best customer service I’ve experienced! Very grateful - thank you!

I returned to Toyota Sandhurst as they had been very helpful in the past, Dominic the salesman couldn’t possibly have been more helpful and came across very sincere and kept me informed throughout the period I was waiting for the car to be delivered.
