Absolutely amazing. Walked in and was greeted by Ella who helped me purchase my dream truck. From start to finish Ella excelled in giving me the best treatment she could which made the whole process so easy. She showed me multiple trucks all within my price range and all with the options and extras I needed. But over all she was able to suit what I needed with one truck that had everything I needed and more. Ella also stayed in contact with me throughout which made me feel like I was the only customer she had. A wonderful one on one experience, which ultimately ended up in me purchasing a truck. I can’t thank Ella more and the wonderful team at Inchcape Toyota for helping me and giving me what I most wanted, my freedom. It was all down to Ella Carter who made it possible.
