Robbie was extremely helpful in my search for my next car. He made the experience in the dealership personal to myself and answered all my questions was very knowledgeable on all the different model variations and products, nothing was to much to ask for be that test drives or queries I had on the model differences, will definitely be in for my next car. 11/10 very pleased with the team here, having experienced a very bad customer service from Mercedes of Sheffield i can definitely say the team at cheshire oaks is 1000 times . The whole team at cheshire oaks was very friendly and welcoming. Main shout out to Teresa for showing me the car around first and then Aaran who was the AMG guru in my eyes. He knew alot about the car and spent alot of time talking me through the features as it was my first time purchasing a Mercedes AMG. Sean was organising stuff for me which i wanted doing to the var and was also very friendly and finally not the least Rick the sales manager who understood my situation and sorted the issue swiftly as i was expecting. These 4 definitely need praising as in my experience they went over and above and provided a very swift transaction, thanks again TERESA, AARAN, SEAN AND RICK.

Picked up my new CLA last Tuesday and couldn't be more happy with it. Service was great from start to finish, dealt with Marc Coward throughout who is far from your typical pushy car sales-person. Extremely professional and had great knowledge on the cars - thanks very much Marc and team. Made up!
