Fantastic service renovating my older 911. The expertise of the team was amazing

My car came in for a service on Thursday 30th November. During this visit I had an unexpected personal related issue which required a vehicle and I cannot thank the staff enough for their support and help, especially Angie and Jason! I would highly recommend our Sales Consultant James Hitchiner he was knowledgeable, honest, and nothing was too much trouble. He worked hard on getting the car ready for my time scales. The handover experience was made very enjoyable and really helped explaining the car for me. I am delighted with the car and the service I have received so far, well done Porsche Bournemouth and James Hitchiner and the top technician who prepared my car working early on a Saturday morning especially.

Having had the experience of buying cars in 4 different countries and at over 20 different dealers, 2 of which were Porsche centres, I can happily share my experience. I was served by a Mr. James Hitchiner from my very first contact with Porsche Bournemouth. Treated with the outmost respect, all my questions and issues were resolved on the spot and some were out of the ordinary. I was then received with a smile from everyone at the Center itself even whilst walking around. Had a proper test drive and was assisted professionally every step of the way. I challenged Mr. Hitchiner with various requests and by changing my mind. Still, all my queries were satisfied fully and timely. I am unsure if there is something more a Porsche Center and a professional can offer to make one feel more at home and overall to have a better Porsche experience. I truly respect Porsche more now and I am willing to pass this on hence this review. This was a 10/10 experience. Well done.

Porsche Centre Bournemouth have looked after and serviced my car perfectly for the last 30 years and this year was no exception. Rod Winter the Service; Manager who looks after cars on The Classic Car Register and I discussed what needed to be done and then liaised and took advice from Nick Perry the hugely enthusiastic guru master technician who has always been responsible for carrying out the work. As always the end result was perfection: even the screw heads on the 4 jubilee clips were in line! Thank you gentlemen for such a great job.

From walking into the showroom, to driving out the following week with my Porsche, the whole experience was 5 Star. Alastair the sales consultant who dealt with me could not have been more professional and helpful, together with everyone else I came into contact with.
