Just picked up my (new to me ) 2003 911 C4 Cab from James Hitchiner , a credit to the Centre , what an amazing experience and the team know these older cars like they are new - it’s blown me away how you can buy a 21 year old car and it feel so special still - thank you all and I really enjoyed your classic morning , a real special experience all round

We are looking to update our car and saw a Porche with the right spec and within our price range at this garage. The dealership had a lovely ambience and welcoming staff who put us at ease. Nice coffee /tea and biscuits. Sales team who were open and friendly without the pressure often seen at some garages.

I bought a new Cayenne and Seb and the team in Bournemouth were fantastic throughout the process. Even when things didn't run smoothly (Porsche needed to delay the release of the car), they managed the situation brilliantly and ensured it all went smoothly. Couldn't have had a better experience.

I must admit, I don't find buying a car the most pleasant experience but I definitely can recommend Seb at Porsche in Bournemouth. He was helpful without being pushy, followed up out of genuine interest and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. I would recommend Seb to anyone thinking about purchasing a Porsche.

Well if you think all Porsche dealers are the same you’re wrong. Porsche Bournmouth are just a dream to deal with in my experience. Having recently bought the dream 981 Boxster GTS from the dealership the experience up to and collecting was fantastic. The massive difference has been the after sales care. The car flagged up a PDAM fault on the dash after 3 weeks. Ok to drive but it required dealership to deal with the problem. As I was from The Southwest I asked my local dealer to sort the warranty claim. OMG what a disappointment. I won’t bore you with the details but I felt I was being fobbed of with some lame explanations as to why my claim wasn’t being handled smoothly and was given an indefinite wait whilst parts would be sourced. I called Porsche Bournmouth in desperation, they were so helpful, nothing being too much trouble. They’re arranging to collect my car in a covered trailer, over a 100 miles from them, drop me a courtesy car and then return my car the next day. What can I say? I know where I’ll be get my car serviced in future and, should I want another Porsche at some point, they’ll be my dealer of choice.
