Fabulous experience buying a stunning JCW 3 door for my wife. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly and Bradley a pleasure to deal with. I can highly recommend Inchcape Colchester for anybody wanting a Mini.

Rhys, I wanted to say what an enjoyable and positive experience I’ve had buying my new mini. You have been a star ⭐️ super attentive, patient and hugely accommodating (agreeing the finance package and car extras and your sympathetic and super helpful approach to sorting the issue with my previous mini). You demonstrated great attention to detail, every query and request considered and delivered on time with a smile. Perfect 🤩🕺🏼 The documentation process for ordering, organising finance and collection was simple and straightforward, which added hugely to a positive experience for me ( as usually long winded and very dull!😜) You are without a doubt a huge asset to Inchcape, your understanding of customer service is exemplary and I felt listened to and supported throughout, nothing too much trouble. Thank you for taking the time and care to personalise my experience, it was great getting to know you.

Fantastic customer service from Jake who was professional, friendly and helpful. We had our 10 year old son with us and Jake was excellent at including him and making him feel part of the purchase. We were at least half an hour early for our appointment, refreshments were offered to us on arrival with a smile. I initially spoke with Karen when booking our appointment who was also extremely helpful both on the telephone in person. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Inchape Colchester Mini.

Well well well... with zero intentions to buy a mini... I walked into this shiny new showroom and met Bradley... what a genuine sales chap. He gave me that which I didn't evej know I wanted.. patience is one of his virtues (for I am a flip flopper until I decide, decide) I have had so many cars in my driving life and to say I am head over heels for my new baby is a rather large understatement.. yes yes yes of course all sales people are after sales but this chap and the team there as so passionate about this brand it's infectious... picking up my little beauty next week, where me and this pocket rocket are going to have such fun together. Thank you Bradley. Not only have you got me into a fabulous cabriolet with a slice of John Cooper Works heaven but you also now have my loyalty... I'm a mini convert and I don't think I will be moved.. you did that Brad (along with some wise council from my amazing nephew Tommy) I can't wait. Can you tell??

From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed and offered drinks, I can recommend the hot chocolate it’s amazing. The shop is immaculate and all the staff are lovely. Rhys Candy sold me my car, I cannot speak more highly about him. He made my purchase, easy and understandable. Rhys sold me my last Mini so it was so nice to have a catch up over the previous years. His knowledge and passion for his work shines through. Rhys always updated me on how things were going with my purchase. When I picked up my new car Rhys showed me everything I needed to know about it, nothing was too much trouble for him and said if I forget anything just pop back and see him.
