It was great! Rhys was friendly, knowledgeable and communicative and both him and Adam answered any of my queries really quickly. I had such a lovely experience and felt very welcomed by all of the team at Mini whenever I stopped by the dealership.

Good service, and car was well cleaned afterwards - I was however going to be charged 50% more than the price I'd been quoted for the service that I'd booked online if I hadn't queried it.

Preordered a MINI Electric back in Jan and collected it last week. Dealt with Rhys Candy throughout this process and he was informative and friendly at all times with great communication skills and never bothered by the silliest of my questions! Oh, and my new car is fantastic!
