We came to Mini in Colchester. We was greeted by Rhys who helped myself and my mother. His customer service and knowledge of the vehicles were so amazing and so helpful. We learnt a lot about Mini in general. Rhys was so kind, made us feel comfortable - even gave me a charger when I ran out of battery lol! Everything went so swiftly and smooth. Honestly I havr never experienced such good customer service before. Felt so happy and glad that we had an amazing experience, most importantly we had Rhys to help us through it all.

So happy with my new car 🚘 the whole process (with the exception of the DVLA taxing blip) went so smoothly. Rhys Candy was an absolute joy to deal with! Another brilliant Mini experience!!! I picked up my new mini today and as always (5th time purchaser) Mini didn’t disappoint!!! I had the pleasure of having Rhys again and what a lovely pleasant friendly and supportive person. He literally made the whole transaction and transition from my old mini to the new one seamless! Rhys worked out a fab deal for me, explaining the process and workings of my new mini, signed posted me to Mini insurance which is free for the first year, had my new car filled with fuel, helped set up my CarPlay (which I am rubbish at lol), I can go on!!! Suffice to say that I have been well looked after and feel like a very valuable customer.

Had a very nice customer experience here. Jamal was absolutely amazing! He was always polite and knowledgeable of the products and finance info and made sure there were no hidden costs or details. I was never forced to make any decisions or commit to anything. I didn't proceed with a vehicle this time round but these guys are the people to go too for all your Mini needs.
