My car had received good service and the fault was repaired correctly. My advice is to train your receptionists. After I left my car key and signed they called me to sign again. The other lady contacted me to explain the problem but could not clearly explain and another issue raised by the diagnostic team I didn’t understand otherwise I would have agreed to repair it as well at the same time. Last point, it is too expensive to do £130 for each diagnosis.

I attended Mercedes Warrington today - Danny and Chris were fantastic throughout. Chris took the time to show me several models and spec, and explained the differences between all different specs in detail. He helped me with the portal and assisted in me placing an order. Top tier service and I would definitely recommend.
