I went over to Oxford Mercedes (from Kent) to look at a C Class Plug In Hybrid Estate. I was taken out by Josh who very patiently explained all the features of the car - especially the Hybrid features. Josh was amazingly knowledgeable but also he was very clear in his explanations. It was obvious that he loved cars and his enthusiasm definitely rubbed off! I bought it! I am full of praise for the service that I received. Tim

Was booked in for a waiting appointment. Well, it has an ambient setting. Each team member is well aware of which person they will meet to dicuss the needs of the car. Lounge while you wait, self-service for tea and coffee. Very personalised way The staff has generally in their approach. So everyone waiting may be waiting for something different, possibly to test drive, of car repairs, coming to collect a car. But there is a seamless way they have integrated the lounge, which has really elevated customer care at this mercedes. I had a nice quiet time. I read whilst I was there my favourite book. Music is there but not too loud to drown your thoughts. There is time to think.

The sub frame collapsed on our 2006 Mercedes and it was replaced for free due to it being a manufacturer fault. The wait for the part to come in was months but not the fault of the team at Oxford. Once it was in they got the job done quickly, kept me informed and were as always professional, efficient and courteous on hand over. The car has been in for recalls before and the service is always brilliant, just the parts that take an age to come in.

I had a great experience buying new from the dealership. Looking at a new Mercedes was a huge step up from my previous cars, but rather than me feeling intimidated, the team was fantastic at making me feel welcome and were as enthusiastic to have me in as I was to try the car. Though I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted, the team were very good at exploring options with me, while allowing me plenty of time to decide for myself. A big thank you to Josh for doing a brilliant job of walking me through the process, and his explanations on the car, as well as his patience with my many enquiries. He's extremely knowledgeable, easy-going and understanding. Extra thanks to Josh, Andrew and the team for being able to secure a car for me much more quickly than expected, and earlier still than the original set date when one became available. It speaks highly of the level of care. Balancing communication when everyone's preferences are different is tricky, and I certainly appreciate that the team were never pushy and weren't constantly chasing me with calls at every step. For me, I would have perhaps preferred a little more in the way of pro-active communication during the delivery period and more confirmation by email of things discussed by phone, but I also recognise this was a busy period for the dealership and that I could have been upfront about my preferences. As I said, it's a hard balance between communication and pushiness. A very quick email to let me know the original ETA was pushed back a few days, rather than me having to phone up a few days after that original ETA, for example, would have been greatly appreciated. Bu most importantly, I love the car (AMG A35) and the process went extremely smoothly. This was something of a special, probably one-off purchase for me and the team certainly helped maintain that feeling.

Good positive friendly service by cheerful staff. Loan car was ready and the whole experience was trouble free.
