I had reason to use this branch to check over a secondhand Smart Car. Staff were very polite and the environment was welcoming. The service department James was great throughout and was very knowledgeable. Quality service. Would be very happy yo continue to use their services.

I called in to the showroom on something of a whim, having just had a test-drive over the road at Seat. Saw a couple of Smart #1s outside the showroom and thought I would attempt to get a try while I was in the area. I was met by a friendly staff member who took my details, and after a short time salesperson Mothi introduced himself. He took me to view the car before we went to his desk and we discussed my needs. Mothi was friendly, knowledgeable about the car and seemed genuinely to be enjoying dealing with me - and as someone who has tested many vehicles in many showrooms in the last couple of weeks, believe me when I say this enthusiasm is quite rare in people wanting to gain your custom. After taking my details, Mothi took me outside and got in a #1 with me, explained what buttons and switches did what and then let me have a test-drive. My experience of this showroom and Mothi was a very positive one and I would happily purchase a car from both. If I am fortunate enough to to be in a position to get a new car again then I will definitely go to Inchape and see if Mothi is still about. While it's unlikely I will be getting the #1 - it is too small for my needs - I still think it was a very very good car and I would recommend anyone to have a try of it (or maybe the #3 when available).

I came in looking for an A class an I was helped by the lovely layla (the blonde lady), she couldn't have been more helpful if she tried. She was amazing an told us everything we needed to know. Nothing was to much trouble an she made sure we knew everything before we left.
