Jordan was great, he kept me informed of all the way throughout the whole process and I had my car in about 2 weeks from stepping into the dealership. He explained everything clearly and any questions that I had he ensured were clarified promptly. Can not be fair to the place really because you not allowed to go in or use toilets so walking around for 4 hrs in cold Leicester waiting extra 90mins for a 2.5hrs service puts you not in a happy frame of mind. Covids fault for the restrictions.
