A-Class a great starter car for when I was looking for my daughter. Reassured that the car would be covered under warranty

Went there to see if a could get a small car within my budget. Ifty was patient and had a lot of discussions with me. We arrived at something within my budget and it was excellent. Ryan came in at a point to complete the transaction and he is marvelous. A very patient guy with a lot of knowledge to share. The people are all welcoming and you could see professionalism at display. You could see staffs are well trained and I learnt a lot there. I am impressed. I hope after sales service will continue in that manner.

Extremely happy with our experience at Mercedes Benz of Coventry. After a not so great experience at another Mercedes branch last year, it made it seem impossible to change my car to one I actually wanted and was happy with. But the team at Mercedes Benz where more than accommodating without the feeling of being pushy for sales. Viv was so accommodating and more so he seemed happy to actually be at work and represent the company as a customer facing staff member. Always kept good eye contact and was so easy to chat with. When he presented both my car and my boyfriends car to him, we were so pleased and grateful that we had Viv to assist us, we couldn't be more thankful. Ali was also extremely helpful with our experience at Mercedes as he provided me with the support I needed to understand the complete costings of the new car and he was able to provide me with everything I needed to know no matter how much time it was taking. Both Viv and Ali supported my boyfriend with his new CLA class and I had Viv, Ali and Michael to support me with the purchase of my car. Michael was able to assist me via phone calls etc when Ali wasnt in work and to send me over the correct forms and etc for the trade in of my Mercedes. Overall the experience was a pleasure and a relief when I drove away with a car that I was so much happier with.
