I first visited Inchcape JLR in December 2019, looking to treat myself to a Range Rover, I was greeted by Salesman Joe Pender. Who asked me all the right questions and totally understood what I was looking for. I came back later in December for which I decided on an SV Autobiography, Joe found me a beautiful car with the spec I was looking for, so I was delighted to accept the deal. It is almost inevitable that you will get problems with your car and those problems can range from small teething ones to more fundamental issues. A company and more importantly its people are defined by how they deal with those problems ranging from denial, protection and deflection to a warm, reassuring client first attitude. I can honestly say that the Jaguar dealership at Preston provided a first class, proactive service and an unreservedly client first attitude to me today and I want to show my appreciation and recognise them for it. I very much doubt that Lemony Snicket could have encountered a more unfortunate series of events. Had it not been for the patient, personable and courteous attention of Katie Needham, I would have withdrawn from the sale contract on changeover day and would most probably have exercised the 1000 mile return guarantee. My enjoyment of the vehicle will be tarnished by the experiences I encountered before, during and after the transaction and I truly feel sorry for Katie who has had to cover for the incompetence of her colleagues.

Promptly met upon my arrival at Inchcape Jaguar service by very attentive staff member called Megan, courtesy car was waiting for me. I received a call advising that my was ready for collection and was currently being washed and vacuumed ready for my arrival. I also received a follow up call from Inchcape inquiring if I was happy with my experience, which of course I was. Well.done Inchcape Jaguar Preston.
