Brought my first I Pace Jaguar from kings lynn forecourt . Ken was the salesman who looked after me right from the enquiry to purchasing the car . Nothing was to much trouble went the extra mile to help . Emails always answered no waiting for reply. Couple of little jobs needed doing Ken was right on it and sorted it . I initially made an enquiry on line regarding a Range Rover evoque late one evening. I received a call back the following morning from a sales exec called James. I missed the call but he sent me a detailed video of the vehicle explaining all the details about the car and advising me of a call back later that day to discuss further. I was between two cars from different dealerships but undecided at that time of which to choose. The other car was a similar price But the service from the sales exec was not as thorough or as enthusiastic as James. After plenty of negotiation and with my car as a part x we were able to strike a deal which suited both parties. This was a site unseen purchase so the trust I put in James was rewarded as he not only videoed the initial condition with full explanation but he then videoed all and any of general wear and tear marks and scuffs etc which he then went and got them put right and then again videoed my car in its full glory. I live in Liverpool so he also (foc) had my new car hand delivered to me and my pt x vehicle took away at the same time (a seamless and perfect transaction). A sales executive with fantastic standards and a valued member of staff worth keeping hold of which is a rare breed this day an age. Thank you again James Panter for your great customer service and your enthusiasm for your job. In a final note I must mention Rebecca who deals with the admin side of the business, as I’m disabled she personally got the tax sorted for me taking the necessary paperwork to the post office also the V5 log book was posted off.
