Recently purchased from Inchcape Chester. Dealt with Mr. Marco Roberts who was very professional and courtesy. Although hampered by the corporate beast that is Jaguar/Landrover, Mr Roberts did his best to find the right price and we did strike a deal. Never pushy in anyway, we spoke about some extras and he helped ensure the car was available on a Sunday for purchase and collection. Although I’m not planning to change the car anytime soon, I’d definitely return to Marco when I’m next looking to upgrade.

UPDATE: June 2020 I left my original 1 star review in July 2019, but since then I have dealt exclusively with Kevin Rowlands (Aftersales Manager) and I have to give credit where it is due. He has bent over backwards for me, and personally handled every issue I have had to which I am very grateful. I genuinely believe he has the capacity to turn it around and from my personal dealings with him, I am changing my 1 star to a 4 star. If you do have any frustrations, then I suggest you reach out to Kevin and give him the opportunity to rectify it, which I am confident he will. LEAVING MY OLD REVIEW FOR HISTORICAL ACCURACY: JULY 2019: Terrible experience every time I have visited. I always keep thinking the service will improve... it doesn't! About as unprofessional as they come. Seriously avoid this place. If I could give 0 stars then I wouldn't hesitate. Awful.
