Brilliant service from Tetbury Audi

I can not fault the contact I had with Tetbury Audi. Having attempted to buy my latest car, an Audi TT from other "dealers" closer to home and finding they either did not come back with answers to questions for days, or in one case, I shook hands on one car on a Saturday afternoon to find that they sold it to someone else on the Sunday morning. I widened my search and prepared to travel, and found the car I now own and love. I called Tetbury Audi on a Sunday morning and spoke with Rob Wyatt, we discussed the cars details and history, Rob knew some of the answers but wanted to check other details, offering to call back in 10 minutes, and guess what? He actually did! By this time I had other questions, again these were answered quickly and gave me the confidence to buy my approved used TT over the phone. I collected my car 5 days later on the following Friday, serviced, MOT'd and immaculately presented. For me this was a 5 hour round trip plus showroom time. On arrival I found that they have a good range of used vehicles and some very nice new models in the showroom, I was offered coffee (very nice) and a place to sit whilst paperwork was completed, the other members of staff I spoke with were all as polite and friendly as Rob, and all appeared to enjoy their jobs. Rob followed up a week or so after i collected the car to be sure everything met my expectations, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you Tetbury Audi for your time, patience and courtesy, and for restoring my faith in car dealerships.

We have recently purchased a Car from Audi Tetbury and the service was fantastic. Richard and Alex helped us through the process and made it very simple as this is only my 2nd car. Had booked in for my car to have a couple of updates.Very friendly and was gives coffee on arrival.Alex, had sorted out my hire car and had also arranged for the work to be completed by 2.I was offered a car wash and a free check of the vehicle.The work was actually completed just after 1.Great service

Would just like to say a big thank you to Clark and Mike, (hopefully I’ve got that right). Was passing with a puncture and they helped with my broken locking wheel lock nut. Very helpful and accommodating. Let me wash my grubby hands after and even offered a coffee. Thanks again guys you saved my bacon last week.

Fabulous service from Alex in service and Liana on reception. My car was in for a service and now waiting for new tyres to be fitted. I would never choose to go to another garage - as I know I'm always going to be more than happy with the service I receive! Look forward to seeing the team again when I collect my car next week.
