Our winners

Head of Business for Inchcape Jaguar Land Rover Norwich, Joe Gayson, won the top award of General Manager of the year 2023.

Joe was chosen for his focus on team culture and great results which demonstrated his approach to leadership and running the dealership.

Highly commended went to Paul Darch, Head of Business for Inchcape Mercedes-Benz Liverpool within the same category.

Inchcape Porsche Portsmouth also scooped the winning place for Franchised Workshop of the Year. The judges voted unanimously, stating this well-managed workshop team is delivering simply astounding results.

Speaking of the wins, Retail Operations Director, Alex Merricks, said: “I am super proud of what my team have achieved at this year’s AM Awards.

“Porsche Portsmouth, led by James and Simon, have worked tirelessly to improve the business over the last five years, which has culminated in winning the Franchised Workshop of the Year! Congratulations and thank you to the whole Porsche Portsmouth team!
