With Thomas Smith's help we found buying our electric Mini a very enjoyable experience. He answered all of our questions and fully explained the controls of the vehicle for us. After purchasing the Mini, Thomas arranged a further visit to discuss any issues we may have come across and we now feel very confident in using all of the features that the Mini has to offer. It is a wonderful car to drive, easy to manoeuvre and we are looking forward to many miles of successful motoring.

We were hunting for another mini convertible following our last mini convertible.We were so impressed with all the safety it provided for our daughter . Tom Smith was extremely helpful particularly as we unsure which model to go for this time or whether or whether to take the plunge and go all electric . Tom was very knowledgeable and extremely patient especially when the computer system went down and we had to complete paperwork remotely . Tom took time and guided us through it , nothing was too much trouble for him . Very pleased with the service we received from Tom - thanks Tom .

My wife and I have just purchased our second mini from Inchcape Norwich Mini. It was a great experience from start to finish and we were very well looked after. This is our second Mini that we have purchased from Inchcape Norwich. Fantastic service from start to finish, Sophie Tudor took the initial call and looked after us throughout the purchase. We arrived at an appointed time to view the Mini and Sophie was there to meet us, her knowledge of this model and indeed every model across the range was very impressive. There were a couple of small details beings it was a secondhand car that i wanted addressed and Sophie went above and beyond to get these done. When picking up the car again Sophie was waiting for us for handover ,all very professional and everything that had been spoken about had been addressed .The Mini was immaculately valeted and couldn't be faulted so i would definitely recommend Inchape Mini and Sophie as her knowledge,honesty and professionalism is outstanding.

Just purchased my second mini from George Boulter at Inchape Norwich. Brilliant customer service throughout, helping set up the car just as I wanted. As an older customer (not always able to work the technology!), George was very patient and spent time making sure I was happy with everything - even setting up driver profiles for myself and my husband with our individual radio channel tastes!

Scott's explanation of the options available to me in terms of what mini now manufacture was a godsend as I was totally confused.
