Receptionist called Amy, absolutely amazing so polite and help full! Couldn’t have done anymore for me. Best front of house a company could have! Really does go a long way for customer experience having staff like her!

I recently went to Audi Hyde for an MOT at short notice and Amy was very helpful in getting my booking made, keeping me up to date with progress and was very warm and welcoming. I will return in the future when required.

I bought my Audi A5 from Audi Hyde 2 yers ago. The manager, Philip Thornhill, handled the sale himself. he was knowledgable about the product and helpful with the selection. the follow up from the Audi site has been very thorough and helpful. Top marks!

Had my car in for a recall and was delighted with the customer service, Amy the receptionist was warm and friendly. She couldn’t do enough for me and my wife offering us snacks and refreshments. Amazing attitude to customers and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use Hyde Audi in future.

I visited Audi in Hyde at the start of the year. I dealt with salesman Matt and couldn't recommend the service more. Initially we couldn't find something within my price range for the vehicle I had in mind I asked they kept me in mind for anything that came in that was what I was looking for an more in my price range and they did just that. I was contacted not long after about a car that had come in. I am now in that car which took less than a week to get into from being told about it. All services were completed to a high standard and I was very pleased with the promot communication from Matt with any quieires I had providing fast response. If looking for a car provided at a high standard along with high standard of service I definitely recommend Audi Hyde. Thank you Matt and Hyde Audi team for getting me into my perfect car :)

Visited Audi Hyde with the view of purchasing a car on PCP. Amazing experience from start to finish. Matt found the perfect vehicle for me (Audi TT) and got the price to less than what I wanted to pay per month. Great customer service from Matt and the team even after the sale following a small issue with the car. Would definitely recommend Audi Hyde and Matt!
