Your Service Advisor will then provide you with an online video of the safety check, filmed by our trained technicians, so you see exactly what we can. The report highlights what, if any, work needs completing immediately or in the future and is based on the following traffic light system:
- Red - Due to safety reasons, this needs to be completed as a matter of urgency (eg. dangerously worn brakes)
- Amber - Acts as an indicator that attention is required in the near future. (eg. tyre 80% worn)
- Green - All okay and in good working order.
Plus, every time your MINI visits our workshop, we will complete a complimentary wash and vacuum.
