Everything was very good the only issue was the cleaning of the car, it was a very poor standard streaky windows and areas inside that were still dusty. This was much the same as when I collected the car the standard of the valet was terrible to say I had just bought a car that had only 12000 miles on the clock, i have had better valets at my local drive in car wash

The service staff were all very helpful and polite (In particular Paul and Dan). The scheduled Service and MOT work was performed without a hitch; and even the items that were identified as part of the health-check were rectified (under warranty) while the vehicle was with you during the day. This of real benefit to me and I really appreciate the efforts of the team who make this happen.

I have recently purchased a Jaguar XF R Sports 2.2i Diesel Automatic 2015 and took it into Inchcape Jaguar for a minor Service and thorough health check today 24/07/20. I would like to thank Brian Brook-Jackson for looking after me so well today and also to the whole Jaguar team at Inchcape Jaguar for such a great experience for me it made me feel so special and privileged to own such a prestigious car as a Jaguar and I enjoyed the whole experience of bringing my car in for a Service at your top quality service department and facility. My Jaguar IPace was in the workshop for a software update. Whilst I am happy with the professional services of the technicians and my car was nice and clean on collection, I am a little frustrated by the administrative side of things. A day before the appointment, I received a courtesy call to remind me of the service and ensure I was happy with the COVID procedures. I asked how long the update would take and was assured it would not take long and that they could find me somewhere to wait. On arrival for the appointment At 0925 I was informed that, despite a completely empty showroom and service area, I could not wait at all and that the update was likely to take all day. Annoyed, I had to call my wife to pick me up from 12 miles away and then return me later in the day to collect. What was particularly frustrating was that the car was ready 30 minutes after I got home at around 1100! When I returned to the dealership for collection, there was a family waiting for their car in the main showroom! Incidentally, Snows BMW in Portsmouth allow a few customers to wait while work is done on their cars. Surely this should be possible if the showroom/service area is empty.

As per usual, the service levels were very high. I was also particularly impressed with the procedures put in place with regards to the current Covid situation. I received a call in advance of the service providing instructions for my arrival. I also felt very safe during the whole check-in and collection process.

Very happy with the social distancing and sanitisation at Inchcape during my recent visits. Very happy with Peter Crampton-Bardon and his knowledge of the vehicle (E-pace). Have to say, I was a little disappointed when picking up my new car which I paid almost £31K for, that had a virtually empty fuel tank and no floor mats. Hence only 4 stars. By comparison, my previous car was a Volvo and it had a full set of Volvo car mats and a full tank of fuel when I collected it.
