As soon as you call, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Personal details, location and contact details
- Vehicle model and registration number
- Vehicle mileage
- Vehicle symptoms/fault description
This will help our customer assistance centre to decide whether your vehicle can be safely driven to your nearest Mercedes-Benz retailer, should be rescheduled for a workshop visit at a later date, or requires immediate attention from our Roadside Assistance team.
3 Years* Complimentary Mercedes-Benz Breakdown Cover
Mercedes-Benz offers 3 years complimentary, comprehensive breakdown and accident cover for new Mercedes-Benz models, and 1 year complimentary cover for Approved Used models.
You will be covered across the UK and Europe for:

✔ Minor Mishaps (i.e. suffer a puncture, lose your keys or run out of petrol)
✔ Accident Assistance
✔ Vandalism & Theft
Our team will recover your car to your home or an approved Mercedes-Benz service centre and provide you with a replacement vehicle for up to 3 working days, if required.
To maintain your Roadside Assistance cover once the 3 years is up, simply service your car at one of our Inchcape Mercedes-Benz centres, and it will be extended for another 12 months on completion of a full Mercedes-Benz Recommended Service.
*Complimentary Roadside Assistance is available for 3 years with any new Mercedes‐Benz or 1 year with all Approved Used vehicles. Your roadside assistance cover is then renewed annually, free of charge, following completion of a full service at a Mercedes‐Benz Retailer.
