We want you to feel confident about the quality of service you'll receive every time you visit us. That's the 'Inchcape Mercedes-Benz Service Promise': ten promises designed to help you manage the cost of motoring and make your life easier.

When you come to us you'll also receive something you can't get outside of the Mercedes-Benz network: the official Mercedes-Benz stamp in your service book.

1. Seven Day Price Promise Guarantee

We’ll match any like-for-like written quote for servicing or repairs using Mercedes-Benz genuine parts from any other approved Mercedes-Benz retailer within 20 miles. If you find a better quote within seven days of having the work done with us we will refund you the difference.

2. Free Fitting on Exterior Bulbs and Wiper Blades

We fit wiper blades and exterior bulbs bought from us free of charge. We’ll replace all exterior bulbs, including sidelights, headlights, brake lights, fog lights, reverse and indicator bulbs. If you need interior, Xenon or LED lights replacing, just ask and we’ll provide a competitive quote for those too.

3. We Offer Free Visual Safety Checks

We promise to give your car a 33 point check of the basics for absolutely free and with no obligation. Call and ask us to book you in for an express visual safety check and we’ll arrange it all for you.

4. We Offer Affordable Monthly Service Care Plans

By offering a convenient monthly payment plan, we allow you to spread the cost of your servicing into monthly instalments. Our Mercedes-Benz Service Care Plans are tailored to your vehicle and are packed with extra benefits.

5. We Offer ’Real’ Value For Money

We provide you with the right service at the right time, charging Mercedes-Benz set times for all work and offering a two year parts and labour warranty on parts fitted even after your vehicle’s manufacturer’s warranty has expired. This excludes wear and tear items.

6. No One Knows Your Mercedes-Benz Better Than We Do

Because we love your car as much as you do, our technicians and advisers receive the latest up-to-date Mercedes-Benz training and have instant access to official tooling and technology.

7. Free Road Test with a Technician if Required

As it’s sometimes easier to show rather than tell, if you want to demonstrate your concerns face-to-face with one of our technicians then you can. Just ask and we’ll arrange for one to be available.

8. Complimentary MOT Test Cover**

Book your Mercedes-Benz in with us for its next MOT and we will provide MOT test cover specifically designed to assist your vehicle through its following years MOT test. More information on this can be found by clicking here.

9. A Range of Convenience Services to Suit Your Needs

As part of our My Service offering we help you get on your way quickly and conveniently, with four options designed around you: Drop & Go, Lounge, Drive and Collect & Deliver. Just tell us which you’d prefer and we’ll sort it out.*

10. Free Car Wash and Vacuum

Come to us for any job that takes over an hour in our workshop and we’ll wash and vacuum your car for free. If the job takes less than an hour but you’d still like it cleaned, let us know and we’ll even do that for free too.

Terms & Conditions

^Price Promise is open for up to seven days after purchase and based on genuine like-for-like written quotation from an approved Mercedes-Benz retailer. Price must be based on a full manufacturer service or repair based on a fully inclusive price including fitting.

**Complimentary MOT cover: £10 excess payable by customer. THE VEHICLE MUST BE SERVICED TO COMPLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER’S SERVICE SCHEDULE AND FAILURE TO DO SO MAY INVALIDATE YOUR CLAIM. If you don’t follow the manufacturer’s service schedules, this MOT test cover may not apply. When you have your vehicle serviced, you are allowed 1,000 miles either side of the service mileage or four weeks either side of the time period, whichever comes first. Does not include wear and tear items. Does not include cover test fee, retest fee or advisory fee. Not available on cars used for hire or reward or any commercial vehicle weighing more than 3.5 tonnes. Offer is subject to withdrawal without notice at Inchcape's discretion.
