Jaguar is being reimagined for a new era, but our commitment to our Group 1 clients remains.

Our JLR Reimagine  strategy was announced in 2021, confirming that Jaguar will fully reimagined as a luxury brand with an all-new electrified portfolio. 

From November 2024, new Jaguar sales will come to an end ahead of our new brand reveal later this year and product launch in 2026. We have now ceased allocation of our current generation of Jaguar vehicles, we do have a selection of models available to acquire on an Approved Pre-Owned basis through our UK retail network. 

We are fully committed to supporting the current product range and to our loyal clients  
 
Jaguar Authorised Repairer network will continue to service Jaguar products, honour any warranty claims and provide software updates and the best client support. Scheduled maintenance and roadside assistance, plus Jaguar InControl® Remote & Protect™ will continue to be supported. We’re committed to looking after clients and their Jaguar 24/7, 365 days a year. 

Yes. You may notice some changes while we refine our retail network to accommodate Jaguar’s transition, but our Authorised Repairer network will remain operational. To find your local Retailer please search here

You will have received a letter from your retailer advising you of your options for your continued care, please refer to this for your nearest Service Centre.

Yes. You can be assured that JLR Retailers will continue to service Jaguar products, honour any warranty claims and provide software updates and the best client support. Find your local Retailer here.

Yes. Updates will be sent to your vehicle as they become available - this will include latest anti-theft measures. 

Yes, there will be no disruption to your warranty, extended warranty and/or service plan. Your service plan can be used in any Retailer servicing Jaguar vehicles. 

Yes. Jaguar is committed to supporting clients and providing an exceptional ownership experience. Extended warranties and service plans will be available to buy from your Retailer. Find your local Retailer here. 

Yes. We will continue to cater for all service, repair and maintenance requirements. Speak to your Retailer for more information.
