Booked a full service for one of our company cars at about 10pm the night before (booked online), and when I dropped off there was some confusion as it had not been added onto their end - the service team sorted it out once given all the details and all work was carried out by the end of the day. Also had a complementary wash and hoover out and all gearstick and steering wheel were clean wrapped - Natalia in Service was the one who made sure all was done - compliments to her and the team.

Melissa was very helpful in sorting my new car. From me showing an interest on the Monday, I was able to collect my car on the Friday the same week. She explained everything in full and responded to all of my emails within an hour or so. Would highly recommend the garage and Melissa.

Inchcape Telford were brilliant to deal with. Recently bought a used 17 plate VW Golf from them and the process was seamless. Noted a small scratch and dent which was fixed without question. Dealt with by Brad who I'd highly recommend, very efficient at getting the contracts across to me to sign and also knowledgeable about the car. Very different experience to when I visited Inchcape Shrewsbury and dealt with a guy called Peter who was awfully slow and knew nothing about the cars.
