I would highly recommend our Sales Consultant James Hitchiner he was knowledgeable, honest, and nothing was too much trouble. He worked hard on getting the car ready for my time scales. The handover experience was made very enjoyable and really helped explaining the car for me. I am delighted with the car and the service I have received so far, well done Porsche Bournemouth and James Hitchiner and the top technician who prepared my car working early on a Saturday morning especially.

Having had the experience of buying cars in 4 different countries and at over 20 different dealers, 2 of which were Porsche centres, I can happily share my experience. I was served by a Mr. James Hitchiner from my very first contact with Porsche Bournemouth. Treated with the outmost respect, all my questions and issues were resolved on the spot and some were out of the ordinary. I was then received with a smile from everyone at the Center itself even whilst walking around. Had a proper test drive and was assisted professionally every step of the way. I challenged Mr. Hitchiner with various requests and by changing my mind. Still, all my queries were satisfied fully and timely. I am unsure if there is something more a Porsche Center and a professional can offer to make one feel more at home and overall to have a better Porsche experience. I truly respect Porsche more now and I am willing to pass this on hence this review. This was a 10/10 experience. Well done.

Porsche Centre Bournemouth have looked after and serviced my car perfectly for the last 30 years and this year was no exception. Rod Winter the Service; Manager who looks after cars on The Classic Car Register and I discussed what needed to be done and then liaised and took advice from Nick Perry the hugely enthusiastic guru master technician who has always been responsible for carrying out the work. As always the end result was perfection: even the screw heads on the 4 jubilee clips were in line! Thank you gentlemen for such a great job.

From walking into the showroom, to driving out the following week with my Porsche, the whole experience was 5 Star. Alastair the sales consultant who dealt with me could not have been more professional and helpful, together with everyone else I came into contact with.

I have bought different cars from different dealers before and i must say that Porche Bournemouth have been amazingly so professional from start to finish of me ordering the vehicle. I would like to say a big thank you to Jack (sales) for all his advice from ordering and taking delivery of my new car. He knowledge on the vehicle was outstanding 👏 👌 and guided me through all the different processes of the car build. I felt very comfortable and at ease every time i went to the showroom with no hard sales to purchase a vehicle. On day of picking up the car,Jack spent a good 2 hours with me explaining all the the car can do etc.. Also a big thank you to the rest of the team who were wonderful and hope to see u again . I bought my first ever Porsche last month from the Bournemouth Dealership, and I was lucky enough to have been assisted/advised by a young sales executive by the name of Sebastian Sanz-Toledo. From my initial enquiry, right through to the actual hand over , Sebastian literally couldn't have done more to help or to make this transaction any easier. The car is truly amazing and exceeds my expectations at every level, but for me personally, I get as much enjoyment from the actual experience of making the purchase as I do from the item that I'm buying, and the service level that I enjoyed was truly impeccable, and just made the whole experience very special. If it can be considered as any measurement of the individual (Sebastian) , within two hours of leaving the dealership with my new car, my wife decided that she wanted a Porsche too, ( this is a woman that doesn't even care about cars ) and we need to buy it from that same dealership and specifically from Sebastian, despite it being a 5 hour drive from where we live where there are several other Porsche dealerships that are much closer. We are just about to finalise & order her new car from Sebastian ! Keep it up, you're a great ambassador for your incredible brand and your dealership.
